Provide therapeutic services, treatment planning, and clinical oversight within a structured residential setting.
Conduct assessments and treatment planning
Facilitate therapeutic groups
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team
Document services per regulatory standards
Eligible as a Mental Health Practitioner under Minnesota standards
Experience in behavioral health setting
Strong documentation skills
Residential treatment experience
Crisis intervention training
Full-time / Part-time (based on program needs)
Provide direct residential support and assist residents with daily structure and programming.
Supervise daily activities
Support medication administration process
Assist with skill-building exercises
Document resident participation
Behavioral health or human services background
Strong communication skills
Residential or crisis experience
Day, evening, or overnight shifts available
Provide medication management and clinical health oversight within the residential facility.
Administer medications
Monitor side effects
Coordinate with prescribing providers
Maintain clinical documentation
Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
Experience in behavioral health
Residential psychiatric experience
Flexible scheduling based on coverage needs
